It’s the beginning of the famous luxury beach avenue LA CROISETTE with a sandy beach and all the well-known luxury shops, hotels and restaurants that you probably already know from TV. You also will love our fresh market Forville, best see food restaurants, coffees, pubs just some meters of our house.
Everything is in walking distance, you don’t need a car in Cannes.

All apartments are air-conditioned, have fully equipped kitchens, TV with satellite, WiFi, a parking can be rented nearby. As our apartments are located in one of the oldest houses in Cannes and we only have a very small elevator and a narrow entrance, they are not suitable for people with reduced mobility or for families with small children with strollers.
